The next meeting of the Parish Council will take place on

The council meeting will commence at 7.00pm.

 

This notice summons all members of the council to attend from 7.00pm or submit their apologies to the clerk at the earliest opportunity.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a maximum 15 minute session for any members of the public to speak.  Once the meeting commences, members of the public will NOT be permitted to speak unless at the invitation of the Chairman to clarify a point.
